Babble's acquisition of Shape Networks Limited

We have advised acquisitive cloud solutions firm, Babble, on the acquisition of Shape Networks Limited.

Based in London and with a presence in Manchester, communications company Shape Networks provides fixed line voice, mobile, data and managed services to its customers. The acquisition will enhance Babble’s ability to offer efficient cloud-based solutions to organisations, allowing them to rapidly adapt to the changing world of work.

Shape Networks marks the latest in a stream of acquisitions made by London-based Babble since they first partnered with private equity investor LDC in 2017. They have more acquisitions in the pipeline, as they pursue their £100m revenue target, and following their recently announced further investment from Graphite Capital.
