Babble Cloud's acquisition of Lake Technologies

We have advised communications technology supplier Babble Cloud Holdings Limited on its LDC funded acquisition of Lancashire based Lake Technologies. 

Industry leading communications technology supplier Babble Cloud has further increased its market share by acquiring telecommunications company Lake Technologies, its second acquisition of 2020, and its fourth since it was backed by LDC in 2017.

Lake Technologies was founded over 26 years ago and provides business telephony and network services to its customers. Their customers will now be able to take advantage of Babble’s ability to offer the most agile and efficient cloud-based solutions to organisations, allowing them greater flexibility in how they work.
