Austin Newport Group Limited's sale to Artelia Holdings SAS

We have advised construction services business, Austin Newport Group, on their sale to French firm Artelia Group.

Artelia Group, launched in 2010, are a French design firm specializing in engineering, project management, and consultancy. They specialise in building construction, water, energy, environment, industry, maritime operations, transportation, urban development, and multi-site projects. The acquisition of Austin Newport adds a Birmingham office to Artelia and adds significant technical expertise. The Austin Newport Group headquartered in Edgbaston, specialises in the recovery of damaged historic buildings and operates in 3 divisions including Chartered Quantity Surveying, Management Contracting and Insurance Recovery.
