Advising Alvarez & Marsal on the sale of Caledonian Modular Limited

We have advised Mike Denny and Mark Firmin, both of Alvarez & Marsal, who acted as joint administrators on the sale of offsite specialist Caledonian Modular Limited (in Administration)  to JRL Group.

Caledonian Modular is the UK’s largest modular construction company and the sale to JRL Group has helped secure over 200 jobs.
