Acquisition of Vincent Brothers Limited

We have advised Coastfields Leisure Limited on its acquisition of Vincent Brothers Limited operating as North Shore Holiday Centre in Skegness for £9.7m.

Coastfields is a holiday group consisting of holiday parks with holiday home accommodation, entertainment centres and show bars based on the east coast of England in Lincolnshire. The acquisition of the North Shore Holiday Center represents a significant development of the Coastfields business. The domestic holiday market in the UK continues to grow and Coastfields are seeing a continual demand for holiday services in the Midlands. Coastfields aims to be the largest operator in the east.

The deal was led by our Leicester based Corporate Partner, Gareth John and Property Partner, Colin Gittus.
