We act for local authorities and developers promoting regeneration, transport and energy projects, as well as landowners affected by compulsory purchase and compensation.
We also act for landowners and developers negotiating with utility companies to divert, underground or remove utility apparatus at minimum or no cost.
Our team also includes a growing specialist infrastructure team, who are focused on supporting clients in the delivery of major infrastructure developments across the UK.
